FREE Dealing & Coping with Anxiety, Depression & Stress
Women's Consortium are currently delivering a free well-being workshop on Tuesday 22nd November, teaching techniques to develop resilience against mental health, particularly anxiety, depression and stress.
The workshop would be led by a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and will be delivered for less than half a day, 10am - 1pm.
