I haven't managed to put up the list of potential community allotment sites as yet -sorry about that, I got side tracked and now I'm on holiday, so will do it as soon as I'm back home in 10 days or so... re timings and picnics etc - all sounds good... Are you planning for the bike ride to be a weekend event? If so remember that the Harvest Festival is on 2nd Oct. I thought you said you were away for the whole of September?
