 weather looks bad), hanging banners on library railings, laying out of
  food/drink and asking participating shops for donations, help to carr
 y/distribute the trees to outside the shops, help run the children's w
 orkshop, photography and taking everything down/clearing up afterwards
 . Help is also needed on Sunday June 9th to collect the trees from out
