DESCRIPTION:Loss and Re-Storying: Nurturing inner and Outer Transition
 \nJune 15th 7-9.30pm\n\nWe have all suffered losses both in our family
  and in our environment. We have forgotten so many of the rituals desi
 gned to help us through losses such as in death and are now confronted
  with collective loss of species and treasured places. It can be hard 
 to bear the experience of these disturbing feelings.\n\nThis is a work
 shop that aims to build resilience in bearing and tolerating these fee
 lings that are often denied in our culture. We will start with an anci
 ent story that speaks to the fear of death and the challenge of grievi
 ng. This will create a holding for the sharing of our own stories and 
 having them witnessed.\n\nWe hope that this inner transition will be a
  seed for a wider capacity to be bear the inevitable challenges our tu
 rbulent times and adapt to the new realities through the sharing of ex
 perience.\nGroup size maximum 12.\n\nSarah Deco is a local storyteller
 , art therapist and group therapist.\nChris Robertson is a local psych
