 Transition Town Kensal to Kilburn, your friends and neighbours on\nThu
 rsday Oct 3rd, 7.30-10.30pm, Tin Tabernacle, 12-16 Cambridge Avenue, N
 W6 5BA (near Kiburn High Road). \nWe’re meeting at the wonderful Ti
 n Tabernacle, an eccentric listed building. Corrugated iron flat-pack 
 on the outside, Royal Navy ship inside, complete with anti-aircraft gu
 n, portholes and sea cadets. If you haven’t experienced this ‘temp
 orary’ 1863 Church it’s worth coming along just for that. http://t

  building, we’ll have an update on the lovely Field to Fork veg box 
 scheme, the Edible High Road trees, and this exciting proposal for loc
 al green film and food evenings:\nSouth Kilburn Studios and film maker
  Rani Khanna are keen to organise social events which combine food and
  film. Similar to the programming available at the Permaculture Pictur
 ehouse at Passing Clouds in Dalston the events would be fun, inspiring
 , informative and welcoming. They are looking for volunteers to help m
 ake it happen.\n\nPlus Gemma Harris from Urban Harvest will bring a de
 hydrator and dried fruit samples. She’ll explain the ins and outs of
  preserving fruit by drying it – right in the middle of our fruit ha
 rvesting season.\nOh, while we're there we'll also have our AGM - if y
 ou want to join the core group and help make exciting things happen ge
 t in touch!\nIf you have a craft or other skill you’d like to share 
 on the evening please get in touch. There’ll also be plenty of time 
 to socialise and eat as all speakers are very strictly timed. If you c
