DESCRIPTION:What is Constellations?\n \nConstellations is a unique an
 d deep process of therapeutic exploration of the forces that move us i
 n life, be it in relationships, career, health matters or financial ci
 rcumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional picture of one's
  life as they are at present.\n \nIt is a simple yet powerful way to 
 explore entanglements and blockages in one’s life and bring awarenes
 s and clarity into personal and professional challenges. Constellation
 s provides an opening for a positive life shift and presents ways for 
 deep healing processes to occur.\n \n What happens in a typical Cons
 tellations session?\n In Constellations work a 'client' is referred t
 o as 'issue holder'. The method uses workshop participants as 'represe
 ntatives' to stand-in for key people in the client's life such as fami
 ly members, colleagues, partners, ex partners etc. sometimes 'abstract
 ' concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion or home are
  also represented. \n Each workshop will offer 2 issue holders a chan
 ce to work and all other participants are invited to take part as repr
 esentatives. Workshop participants often report experiencing profound 
 insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regard
 less of how they choose to take part.\n  Illi Adato an experienced li
 fe coach and therapist is facilitating the monthly sessions said:\n \
 n“My aim is to create a space where a tangible personal change can t
 ake place through observation, and increased clarity, all of which are
  provided by this work. I seek to expose as many people as possible to
  this unique therapeutic method”.  Tune-In is a monthly Constellatio
 ns workshop which is open for all and offered on a ‘pay what you wan
 t’ basis at The Albert Centre in Queens Park, North West London.\n
