Following the format of workshop taster sessions, delicious food and acoustic expressions the evening is an uplifting, enlightening, adventure for the soul.
Last month we started with laughter yoga, then voice work with the beautiful Eliza Kenyon and then more with Tom Morley with some drums and dancing thrown in for good measure, fantastic Spice Caravan food and the acoustic open mic bit included fab music from the Cotton Dons, ...Alisa's out of this world flute, a devotional spoken word breakdancing smile maker performance, an intro to Theta Healing, fabulous Kirtan from Yasia, grounding meditation from Adam and more. Wow, woah and big thanks.
We have some delicious treats already brewing in the pot for March and are open to offers of more. Programme will be updated closer to the time.
