Bee keepers tend to do things slowly... so here's a very late response to your question. Have a look at the events page for February 19th, and the discussion string about the bee keeping grant. Last year we started too late to get any bees from the suppliers, but this year it looks like it's going to happen down at Paddington Cemetery.
