Last Sunday Frances, Nico, Helen and Sally had a great afternoon making jam and scones in Willesden.  Using fruit picked from nearby streets, they made a few jars of damson and plenty of plum jam.  They also made both brown and white scones, by hand and in a magimix, and then had a well deserved tea together. A happy and worthwhile afternoon was had by all!

This was the second of our jam workshops, again fuelled by solar power.  Thanks to John Joe for processing and delivering the fruit, and for Frances for organising the workshop.  See photos here.
