Westminster Council has made 50 energy meters available from Queen's Park Library which can be borrowed free of charge for the standard loan period of three weeks.

The monitors are a great way to learn about how much energy your household uses but monitoring consumption can also help you keep an eye on your bills, lower electricity usage and reduce domestic carbon emissions.
