Thanks very much David. I didn't scoop best in show, it was for video in The Environmental Photographer of the Year exhibition, but I'm not complaining! Thanks for your support, hope the family's well.
many thanks for the message; I have now contacted Harrow Beekeepers Association and will hopefully be joined soon. I entirely agree with your comments about the community project aspects; we are intending to approach with a similar model of 2 main participants - myself to be hopefully included, a few nucleus members and then to possibly introduce (further down the line, with more experience) some sort of open day type introductions.
Do you accept guests to your hives? I'm investigating a couple of sites at the moment, so it's always handy to see what others have done.
Hi David - sorry so long to get back to you. No one else has expressed an interest in meeting up yet so shall we go ahead and arrange a discussion? If Jane would like to join us that would be great also. I am really keen to get moving on this but find myself in a particularly busy period with work and other commitments so tricky to find free slots. I could make the evening of Wednesday 28th though if that could work for you? If not just let me know when is most convenient and hopefully we can coincide within the next couple of weeks...All the best, Aylie
