Inspiration for living sustainably was drawn from oral histories by 15 local elders who had lived in this area since the 1930s. They were shared in an exhibition with the Brent Museum from Oct 2015 to Jan 2016. We also displayed old objects that conjured up a simpler past as well as contemporary up-cycled furniture and hand made rugs. Enjoy photos of what we all did and some of the story panels of 14 of our elders here. Thanks to our photographers Mark Tamer, Natasa Jandric, Amandine Alexandre and Layla Auer.
