Brent Council has just launched a consultation on this year's Green Charter (my italics). The consultation period runs until the 4th of August and details can be found at the following snappily-titled url: http://www.bmgresearch.co.uk/brent/KMS/dmart.aspx?NoIP=1&strTab....

I expect you'll be able to pick up a copy at the next area consultative forum, QPCS Wednesday 6th, where Michael Read, AD Policy and Regeneration may be Powerpointing the proposals. [He's not on the published agenda but neither was he on the Harlesden acf agenda either]

A pre-election pledge by the present administration, the charter is just a 3 column table, 7 landscape pages long, so just a quick read. I'll say no more to avoid prejudicing your responses.
