The Queens Park book festival takes place in the park on Saturday 11th June.  We are planning to organise a big book swap at the event.  Please contact John Smith if you would like to be involved.

What sort of Festival is it going to be? About 30 authors, many living locally or with local links, are signed up. Many free events, others covered by an all day inclusive ticket. Please be prepared to queue for the more popular events! There will be lots to interest children. Refreshments will be available at the park café and elsewhere, but why not bring a picnic and make a day of it? Some local restaurants are also doing deals on presentation of your ticket.

Where can I buy tickets? Wristband tickets £5 in advance (£6 on the day) and programmes for the Book Festival will be on sale from May 23rd only at Queen’s Park Books on Salusbury Road. 020 7625 1008.
