Help needed:

Setting up: tables (I have one), chairs, setting up gazebo (if weather looks bad), hanging banners on library railings, laying out of food/drink and asking participating shops for donations, help to carry/distribute the trees to outside the shops, help run the children's workshop, photography and taking everything down/clearing up afterwards. Help is also needed on Sunday June 9th to collect the trees from outside the shops and to take them to their new homes.
