Using the tones of Apples and Pears that the harvest group have lovingly collected this year, James Knight a professional chef, consulted and head of many successful London restaurants from Black foot - Barrica and most recently Rotorino www.jamescanvinknight.com will teach and inspire you to create a 3 course savoury & sweet dinner from the locally harvested apples and pears combined with the typical leftovers in your fridge.
There are 10 places available, no experience is needed, but we will ask you to get your hands dirty.
