Event Description
Following a great deal of interest at Brent Friends of the Earth’s Green Fair in Willesden Green, this new group is being formed for eco-minded residents in the Willesden area.
We are now looking for local people from all over Willesden, Cricklewood and Dollis Hill to start this new Transition group.
Come along and find out more about Transition, what other groups are doing, and what we might do to turn the Willesden area into a Transition Town.
The meeting is open to all, but people offering particular skills e.g. organising, gardening, IT, practical, creative and artistic skills would be most welcome.
Venue: Back bar of the Rising Sun pub, 25 Harlesden Rd, Willesden Green, NW10 2BY (map)
Directions:
By public transport: 260, 460, 52 or 302 bus to Willesden Green library centre. The pub is a couple of minutes walk behind the Library centre up Grange Road.
