A bumper harvest - spreading the word
Hi all
Along with Willesden Harvesters and Mapesbury Residents' group we've had a record harvest of nearly 3 tonnes!!! We've also done our best to spread the good news. See the full story at Transition News blog
We also made it into the local papers and the Brent Magazine.
It was good to meet people at the recent social. Sheila, one of the distributors, who makes jam in aid of the MS society in Brent said she received so much fruit this year she raised £300 for the charity.
Why not get involved next year and help us pick even more? It will be the group's 5th year, so plenty to celebrate!
