High Speed Rail on our door step - what do we think?

So, a week or so ago the High Speed Rail command paper was released that suggested the possibilities of a station on "Old Oak Common' - just over the canal from Kensal Green. This station could include a connection with Cross-Rail

Also the current route puts the tunnel running under Kensal Green Cemetary - maybe ironic to suggest the railway of the 21st Century will pass under isambard Kingdom Brunel's grave?

what do we think of the idea? High Speed Rail in general? goes from Euston / old oak common (maybe)
