Dandelion Wine
Recipe supplied by David Young
This is a traditional Dandelion wine recipe. Pick the flowers at Midday when the sun is shining so that the flowers are fully open. Traditionally picked on St George's day (April 23rd), this is the ultimate, old fashioned, homemade wine.

Dear Michael
you are the contact for the recent open meeting, which I couldn't get to, addressed by Dee Searle on monitoring air quality. I am installing air conditioning in my house and the filters will be changed regularly, probably annually. While not an objective measurement of air quality in my street, the used pads could provide useful trend measurements as the years progress. Would you be kind enough to mention this to Dee (or any other interested party) and let me know if there is any interest in this idea?
