What's The Wave?
On Saturday 5 December 2009, ahead of the crucial UN climate summit in Copenhagen, tens of thousands of people from all walks of life will flow through the streets of London to demonstrate their support for a safe climate future for all. The Wave is organised by the Stop Climate Chaos Coalition.
We want the UK Government to Quit Dirty Coal, Protect the Poorest and Act Fair & Fast.
What's the Plan?
Assemble: 12pm, Grosvenor Square, London
Climax: 3pm Encircling of Parliament
Dress code: Blue!

How Can I Help?
We need your help to make the Wave enormous!
Can you help us take the Wave all over the UK? We need you to make sure there's news of the Wave at every relevant meeting, campaign event, community centre, library, health food shop and anywhere else that people might be interested between now and December 5th. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in getting involved, and let us know how you'd like to help.
- Please forward this e-mail to everyone you know and ask them to forward it on too!
- You can also join the facebook Wave event: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=105310991935, and invite all your facebook friends.
- Please join the facebook group while you're at it too: http://www.facebook.com/stopclimatechaos!
How Do I Get There?
There will be coaches, trains and even climate chains (cycle groups) coming to the Wave from all over the country - see here for a transport map and more details
