Was lovely day Saturday and met John Blandy and had nice chat, also met with Mick Guerin who kindly agreed to be the referee for funding from Capital Growth.  MIck also agreed to reduce the privet which will allow people to see both areas from the rear of the cafe and on the path to golf and tennis. This will also allow us to plant some edibles to be grown with the support of the remainder of the privet. Mick also agreed to wormeries and more fruit trees next to fence and general help with things.

All very helpful stuff, thanks!

Also did some work clearing etc on beds, remining wigwam, moved one TT sign to triangle bed, handed out some dried beans to passersby to plant in spring :)

This all sounds great, Miko. I'm around again if you need any back-up. Also, I've got the 'seed-growing wheel' here to give you so everyone can see what seeds can be sown when and (for those sown inside) when the plants can be transplanted out into the beds.

All best, Maggie

Great, could you do Sat 5 Nov?  I was aiming for every other Saturday but I am busy in Salusbury School Greenspace that day.

Am getting Capital Growth application together - nearly ready... do you want to have a look at it Maggie or shall I just submit it?

(Email me if you want a reminder of the login)
