Our fabulous local restaurant PARLOUR are hosting a talk on food preservation featuring fermentation by Daphne Lambert (Greencuisine Trust), Jesse Dunford-Wood on dehydration with products from our dehydrator and Hugh Dunford-Wood on home brewing. Tickets for the talk are £10 per person.
Parlour are also offering a light shared supper for £10 per person after the talk.
