I hope you are having lovely summers. The Tiverton Table Top salein aid of rejuvenating the old tennis courts is approaching fast - next Saturday 3 September 10am - 12pm - so I thought I would send out a reminder so that you can sort out all those toys and books (in mint condition of course!) that have been clogging up your houses.

Just a few suggestions for the day:

• Maybe arrive around nine thirty to set up your table
• There will be a stall fee of £1 pound payable on entry which will go directly towards funding the new equipment
• Unless someone can help locate tables - there might be some at the Methodist church on Wrentham apparently (if anyone is passing or could go in would be very grateful) - you or your parents will have to bring your own - all suggestions for tables are welcome.
• Bring bunting or any fun decor for the fence around your stall if you want to and some posters and other marketing tools if you like to make it colourful and fun.
• Bring something secure (jam jar?) for your sale proceeds; please do remember to hand in at least 50% of the proceeds for the tennis court face-lift. And remember to bring a float to start the day.
• If you can, maybe try and put prices on the sale goods before the day using cut up white labels/stickers
• Please bring a bin bag for taking rubbish home or for helping collect unwanted items for charity (any volunteers to take unsold goods to charity shops very welcome)
• Cupcakes and other home made goods most welcome too. There will hopefully be a cappuccino/hot chocolate car to keep us going
• If it rains, I guess that's it, so start those sun dances now.
