Who am I?

I'm one of the initiating group who set up Transition Town Kensal to Kilburn in May '09. Climate change and raising awareness about it has been a passion since 2003, and I'm particularly interested in food issues, gardening, the possibilities of low-carbon technology, behavioural change and reaching critical mass, and envisioning a positive future. Grass roots stuff is vital - and so is lobbying politicians! I make documentaries for a living.

Let's SOP! (Save on Plastic)

Let's make Kensal Rise / Kensal Green free of plastic. For example, do you need THAT plastic bag to carry THAT milk bottle from the corner shop to your home? Say "no" to plastic bags from local shopkeepers and tell them you SOP!See More
