Sometimes knowing that you can cook something without too much hassle is not enough for you to try it, even when you are quite curious to try new plant-based food. I’ve been meaning for quite a few weeks now to cook with nettles, for example. But, without the intervention of Kensal to Kiburn harvesters, I would still look at the urtica diodica specimen in my garden with suspicion.

This is the recipe of an apple cake I baked on Thursday for Kensal to Kilburn TT public meeting.

Dear Amandine, I'm still at the same address and the house filters are as black as ever. I am not aware of any wood fires in the area (I haven't smelt any wood smoke) so I imagine the pollution mostly comes from gas boilers and traffic. It would be madness to install a wood fire or pellet boiler in an urban area, and should be made illegal.
